These pictures could somehow be Jay-Z's way of keeping people talking as to whether his dropping an album or not.
The King is probably waiting for all the Kanye Wes/J.Cole same day release hype to die off before he lets us in on the project. Last night a picture with Jay-Z, Nas, Justin Timberlake and Timberland surfaced, the dudes look like they were cooking up heat in that studio....
